Inspiration For Save a Star

Our bright and shining STAR came into our rescue in dire condition. At only four weeks old she was found alone in an industrial yard. After many hours at our vet it was discovered she was born with a condition where her body was unable to absorb nutrients.

 

This little girl was a fighter. Always purring, playing, kissing and snuggling she was not ready for her time to be over. We decided to take her home and place her with one of our resident cats Molly. Molly immediately accepted Star and provided her with motherly comfort and security that she needed in her last days.

 

Our Save A Star program offers you the opportunity to give kitties like Star a second chance at life. Your sponsorship enables us to provide them with veterinary care, food, toys and other required supplies

 

How It Works

Choose any animal on our adoptable animals page who does not already say 'sponsored' and click the donate button below putting the name of the animals you would like to sponsor in the message space.

 

Once the animal is adopted you will have the option to continue a sponsor with another animal of choice or let us know you are no longer able to participate.

 

You can cancel your sponsorship at anytime.
