Home Welcome
Saving Animals From Euthanasia (SAFE) Team is dedicated to rescuing animals who are homeless, unwanted or facing euthanization in an Edmonton area shelter.
SAFE Reps would like to encourage everyone to please spay/neuter their pets to help control the animal population so that we don't have anymore being born without a place to call home.Thousands of deserving, beautiful animals like the ones you see on our website end up neglected, abused and homeless every year due to lack of responsibility in pet owners. Please help control this problem and alter your pets before reproduction.

Save A Star Molly and Star
Save A Star
SAFE Team is looking for people who want to help but are unable to foster an animal in their home! We have a program set up where you have an opportunity to sponsor an animal until we find their forever home!
Star came into our rescue in a desperate condition. A four week old kitten, she was
found alone in an industrial yard. After many hours at our veterinary office,
we knew that our Star was fading fast. We decided to take her home and place her
with one of our resident cats, Molly. Molly immediately accepted Star and provided her with motherly comfort and security that she needed in her last hours.
Our Save A Star program offers you the opportunity to donate $30 per month
to help other kittens and cats like Star who are found abandoned.
Your sponsorship enables us to provide them with enriched homes,
veterinary care, food and toys.
In return we will send you a monthly update story on your animal and when they are adopted you can choose to continue to sponsor another animal of your choice or simply let us know you are unable to participate any longer! We will also advertise next to the animals name that he/she is sponsored by your family name. eg. Charlie (Sponsored by Bennet Family) *All animals on our adopt page are in need of sponsorship unless otherwise stated*
